Land Rover Defender 90 Side Net
Sewn with 1" wide nylon webbing tested at 1000lbs. and attached to the vehicle using 800lb test military spring-loaded cam buckles, this pair of Side Cargo Nets will partition the sides of your D-90. These nets restrict gear or your girlfriend from bouncing out of the truck and are also useful for creating a ventilated pet-friendly environment in the rear of your D90. The net system offers multiple attachment points and connects at six points along the side of your vehicle. If for any reason you chose to augment the nets strength, depending on your cargo, you may order an additional set of Rainger tie down straps and footman loops to allow two additional mounting points per side.  This product package includes both the left and right side net and offers 10 year UV-resistant webbing and stitching, and stainless steel hardware. The common conception of these rear partition nets is that they serve to prohibit pets from entering the passenger area of the vehicle. This use is secondary in importance to the fact that these nets are designed to catch cargo and other heavy objects that might possibly turn into projectiles during an accident or a rollover. Unlike cars, SUVs do not have cargo trunks that confine your objects to the rear compartment of the vehicle. If you often carry equipment and cargo in the rear of your vehicle, we recommend this rear partition net because of the safety it offers in the case of a sudden accident or rollover. Even cargo as small as a toolbox or a portable stove could fatally injure you or a loved one if an accident causes the objects to fly into the passenger area of the vehicle. If in fact you are looking for a pet partition, this net is a more “pet friendly” option that other steel partitions. This soft nylon webbing is less likely to injure your pets during a sudden stop or jolt. This safety partition requires minimal hardware and uses some factory mounts. Land Rover Defender D90 Roof Rack Net
This cargo net, also constructed with the 10-year UV resistant webbing, provides full coverage from the windshield back to the rear roll bar. The product uses the same 800 lb. test military buckles to secure itself to your vehicle. Perhaps it’s not as easy to imagine uses for a net that encloses your ceiling space as webbing that surrounds the side openings of your truck, but in a race setting, this net will also keep your cargo and pets from bouncing out the roof of the truck during bumpy off-roading or a more serious rollover. This small weave cargo net is designed for the Discovery. This net provides smaller webbing for lighter, more fragile loads, or packages that are difficult to secure with only a few straps. This net is better suited for larger items that will not slip through the larger spaces in the net’s webbing.
